<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillating electromagnetic actuator capable of efficiently stopping a mover at a stable position. <P>SOLUTION: The electromagnetic actuator includes the stator 4 having a plurality of magnetic poles 41 forming a cylindrical shape and projected in a center direction, the mover 5 arranged inside the stator 4, extending in a peripheral direction, and supported back and forth rotatably along an inner peripheral side of the stator 4, and a plurality of driving coils 42 wound around the respective magnetic poles 41 and moving the mover 5 to a predetermined stable position within a back and forth rotation range. Then bulk parts 6A, 6B as magnetic field shield portions are provided at a part of a magnetic path in the stator 4 and mover 5 which is formed by excitation of driving coils 42E, 42F, arranged at positions opposed to neutral stable positions, of driving coils 42. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
