<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell stack for improving flow distribution characteristics in confluent portions of a coolant and assuring cooling characteristics required for a power generation function by a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell stack 10 is constituted by laminating a plurality of power generation units 12 along to a horizontal direction. In both right and left sides of the power generation unit 12, a pair of coolant inlet communication holes 34a and 34a, and a pair of coolant outlet communication holes 34b and 34b are respectively formed. Between the coolant inlet communication holes 34a and 34a, an inlet side auxiliary communication hole 35a is so provided as to communicate with a coolant flow passage 44 and penetrate in a laminating direction, and, meanwhile, between the coolant outlet communication holes 34b and 34b, an outlet side auxiliary communication hole 35b is so provided as to communicate with the coolant flow passage 44 and penetrate in the laminating direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
