<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely recover water condensed on the outer face of a closing valve clamping plate to the inside of a casing without wetting the outer face of the casing of an outdoor unit. <P>SOLUTION: In the outdoor unit 1 for an air conditioner, a compressor 20, a heat exchanger 21 and an air fan 22 are stored within the casing 10. The closing valve clamping plate 24 for supporting a closing valve 23 is mounted to the bottom plate 14 of the casing 10. A rising wall 14a is formed on the periphery of the bottom plate 14, and the closing valve clamping plate 24 is pressed against the rising wall 14a from inside of the casing 10 and is fixed. A water introducing passage 28 is formed between the inner face of the rising wall 14a and the outer face of the closing valve clamping plate 24. Water condensed on the outer face of the closing valve clamping plate 24 is guided to the inside of the rising wall 14a through the water introducing passage 28. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
