<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed constant velocity universal joint capable of reducing the size and weight, and capable of improving high angle strength and durability, while securing strength of an inner ring (an inside joint member) and a cage. <P>SOLUTION: This fixed constant velocity universal joint includes: an outside joint member for forming a track groove 22 on an inner ball surface 21; the inside joint member for forming a track groove 25 on an outer ball surface 24; a torque transmission ball 27 arranged on a ball track formed of a pair of the track groove 22 of the outside joint member and the track groove 25 of the inside joint member; and the cage 28 for holding the torque transmission ball 27. A female serration 61 fitted to a male serration 66 of an inserting shaft 65 is formed on an inner diameter surface of the inside joint member, and the female serration 61 is eliminated on the joint opening side, and a cutout part 84 in the peripheral direction in which a bottom surface 83 becomes a cylindrical shape larger than a large diameter of the female serration 61, is formed in its eliminated part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
