<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gyro exercise device having a means for achieving a start rotor speed of an age discrepancy exercise in a comfortable pedal operation of an arm or a leg for starting a gyro of the exercise device which corresponds to an exercise for drastically increasing a load to a muscle from the arm or leg to the body which increases the mass of the muscle as well as a rapidly responsive muscular strength. <P>SOLUTION: A handle 14 is held and rotated along a conical orbit for generating the age discrepancy exercise of the rotor 28 rotating to a rotating shaft 55. The device includes an axial disk 54 which holds an end of a shaft of the rotor 28. An outer periphery of the axial disk 54 and the end of the rotor shaft are located in an annular guide groove in a housing. When a spool is drawn in, a pulling operation is permitted to be started. A selective motor 56 connected to the axial disk 54 includes a wheel for rotating the rotor 28 to the rotating shaft 55 by the temporary supply of power from a battery included in one of the handles 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
