<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum heat insulation sheet, easily usable and easily recyclable, a usage method of the vacuum heat insulation sheet and a recycling method of the vacuum heat insulation sheet. <P>SOLUTION: A casing material 4 has a core material storage part 7 provided with a core material chamber 6 for storing a core material 2, and a getter agent storage part 9 provided with a getter agent chamber 8 for storing a getter agent 3. A part between the core material chamber 6 and the getter agent chamber 8 is communicated via a connecting tube 5. The inside of the core material chamber 6, the inside of the getter agent chamber 8 and the inside of the connecting tube 5 are put in a high vacuum state. The getter agent 3 takes in at least gas. Thus, reduction in a degree of vacuum in the vacuum heat insulation sheet 1 is restrained. One opening end part of the connecting tube 5 is inserted into the core material chamber 6. Thus, the length of the connecting tube 5 is set in the predetermined length longer than a diffusion distance of a substance from the getter agent 3.
