PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building advertising structure exhibiting a high advertising and publicity effect day and night with less hindrance to work inside protective sheets in daytime. SOLUTION: The protective sheets 5a, 5b are installed on the outside of a scaffolding having scaffolding boards 42a, 42b installed outside the external wall 7 of a building, and semi-translucent advertising sheets 10a, 10b with the outer surfaces inclining upward and outward are installed on the outside of the protective sheets 5a, 5b. In daytime shown in (1), advertising contents displayed on the advertising sheets 10a, 10b are visualized receiving sunlight. Further, since the protective sheets 5a, 5b are irradiated with sunlight through spaces 19a, 19b as shown by two-dot chain lines, it is not dark on the scaffolding. At night shown in (2), the inner surfaces of the advertising sheets 10a, 10b are irradiated with light from luminaires 21a, 21b to enhance visibility at night.
