PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold release sheet wherein flattening in use is suppressed. SOLUTION: The mold release sheet 10 includes a substrate 12 and a first resin layer 14 and a second resin layer 16 which includes an ionizing radiation curable resin, and are disposed on both sides of the substrate respectively. In the substrate, an irregular shape is formed on the surface of one side and an irregular shape corresponding to the irregular shape of the surface of the one side is formed on the surface of the other side.
