PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the temperature of fuel so that a fuel of a proper temperature can be stably fed to a combustor regarding preheating of fuel of a gas turbine. SOLUTION: A combustion turbine engine includes a combustor 30 which receives fuel from a fuel pipe line 50, a heat exchange portion 52 including a part of the fuel pipe line 50 which is disposed so as to transfer heat between itself and a heat source 71 for heating the fuel, a rapid heating value meter 74 which is disposed to test the heating value of the fuel and configured to provide the results of a heating value test within approximately one minute, and a cold leg bypass 76 which includes a fuel pipe line 60 bypassing the heat exchange portion 52 and which is connected to the fuel pipe line 50 at an upstream side fork 62 and a fuel mixing junction 64, and valves 78, 79 for controlling the fuel guided through the heat exchange portion 52 and the fuel guided through the cold leg bypass 76. The length of the fuel pipe line 50 between the fuel mixing junction 64 and the combustor 30 is less than 20 m. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
