PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity antitheft device provided with a crime prevention tag. SOLUTION: This commodity antitheft device includes an unlocking key (9), and an antitheft implement (8) incorporating the crime prevention tag (52). The antitheft implement (8) openably/closably connects an opening/closing member (11) and a casing (10) detachably pinching a sheet-like part (2) of a commodity packing body by an opening/closing hinge (12), and the casing (10) is provided with a locking slider (13). The commodity antitheft device includes: a lock mechanism (32) locking a locking strut (31) when inserting the locking strut (31) of the opening/closing member (11) through an installed hole (6) of the sheet-like part (2) to insert it into the casing (10) and moving the locking slider (13); and a locking mechanism (28) locking the locking slider (13). The locking mechanism (28) is unlocked when inserting the unlocking key (9) into the casing (10), and the lock mechanism (32) is unlocked when retreating the locking slider (13).
