PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine whether or not a failure in a money processing part is caused by abnormal power supply voltage, even when the failure occurs in the money processing part. SOLUTION: A money processing apparatus includes: a bill processing part 60 for dispensing and depositing a bill; a main power supply part 40 for supplying power from a commercial power supply 30 to the bill processing part 60; a voltage monitoring part 50 for monitoring power supply voltage between the commercial power supply 30 and the main power supply part 40; a failure log storage part 72 for storing log data on the failure of the bill processing part 60; and a control part 73 which, when the failure in the bill processing part 60 is detected, stores voltage failure data related to power supply voltage failure in failure detecting time band for the voltage monitoring part 50, into the failure log storage part 72, in association with the log data on the failure.
