PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bounding type spectacle frame in which a bounding front portion is attached to the foremost part of the front portion of a spectacle and which bends forward. SOLUTION: A rotating portion 7 is attached to one end of a bounding front portion 1. Arms 9a and 9b extending to the front are provided at both ends of the front portion. The bounding front portion 1 is attached to the distal end of one arm so as to pivotally support the rotating portion 7. It is then fastened to the distal end of the other arm via a magnetic force between itself and a magnetic piece 8 attached to the other end of the bounding front portion so that it is stabilized when the bounding front portion 1 closes. A shaft pivotally supporting the rotating portion 7 inclines at an angleαin a plan view or at an angleβin a front view. A recess groove is formed in the periphery of the rotating portion 7.
