PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a peeler to be easily treated by a user. SOLUTION: A cylindrical body 102 into which a bulb F is introduced is formed into a cylindrical shape with a ferromagnetic metal. The cylindrical body 102 is opened at the upper end, and has a side-face opening 110 for discharging the bulb F. A door part for opening and closing the side-face opening 110 is installed in the outside of the side face of the cylindrical body 102. A disk 116 directed to the horizontal direction is arranged in the inside of the cylindrical body 102. The disk 116 is turned by the drive of a motor 114. A sheet 201 for peeling is stuck on the inner wall surface of the cylindrical body 102. The sheet 201 for peeling is constituted so as to have a magnetic sheet 207 and a friction layer. The sheet 201 for peeling is stuck on the inner wall surface of the cylindrical body 102 between the opening terminal of the cylindrical body 102 and the disk so that the friction surface may be directed inside.
