PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a collected mica plate which has flexibility and can lessen generation of outgassing, even if it is used for insulation of electric heating at high temperature. SOLUTION: After an adhesive made from a liquefied fluorine elastomer wherein a fluorinated polyether frame and a polymer material modifying its end and having a crosslinking reaction group containing silicon are put under crosslinking reaction is impregnated into a base paper plate which is made into paper from a mica raw material, the collected mica plate is obtained by heating and compressing.
