PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve stable magnetic attraction between a plate member and a clamp magnet in a recording disk driving device. SOLUTION: The turntable of the recording disk driving device is provided with: a plate member 131 made of a ferromagnetic material; and a central resin member which is arranged in the center of the plate member 131 and is a sequence of member formed by injection molding of resin. The central resin member comprises a pin concave part 551 which is a concave part formed by a plurality of positioning pins being a part of the mold of injection molding and which is concaved upward from a lower surface. A plate center part being the center part of the plate member 131 is provided with a plurality of positioning parts 551 for fixing a position in a direction orthogonal to the center axis.
