The invention is a method (1) for stiffening a decorative item (100) comprising a plurality of concatenated elements (101), including the steps of preparation of a template (200) with a recess (201) slightly lowered with respect to the upper surface (202) of the template itself, insertion of the decorative item (100) in the recess (201), interposition of soldering means between the decorative item (100) and a wall (203, 204) of the recess (201), heating of the template (200) together with the decorative item (100) up to the melting temperature of the soldering means, cooling of the template (200) to ambient temperature and finally extraction of the decorative item (100) from the template (200). |
