<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bactericidal lighting device with a fan that sufficiently and evenly sterilizes the air inside a room, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The bactericidal lighting device with a fan includes an LED tube light 10, a body 30 of the device that supplies electric power to the LED tube light 10, a reflection board 60 that covers the body 30 of the device, and an air sterilization unit 80 provided in an internal space 70 of the reflection board 60. The air sterilization unit 80 is composed of a fan 90 for causing the air to flow in a case 81 from a suction port 83 of the case 81 toward a discharge port 85 and a sterilization device 100 that supplies active hydrogen and oxygen ions into the air flowing in the case 81.
