<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stock price information provision device useful to a security investor, which provides the security investor with processed information based on news for allowing rapid decision when the security investor selects a stock to be traded, and to provide a terminal device connected to the same. <P>SOLUTION: A user registers a stock name of interest in association with a stock code, into a stock table. A news and stock price acquisition part acquires the news from a predetermined news server, thereafter retrieves a news body on the basis of the stock name registered in the user stock table, and registers relationship between the news and the user into a user news index table.
