<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp, a branch pipe joint and a blood circuit, capable of reducing the retention amount of fluid even when the fluid is retained at a position on the main piping side from a part where branch piping is clamped and crushed. <P>SOLUTION: The clamp includes a first clamping part 26 where a first projection part 32 is formed, a second clamping part 27 where a second projection part 33 is formed, a connection part 29 connected to the first clamping part 26 and the second clamping part 27, and an engaging part 30a formed at the second clamping part 27 and capable of engaging the first clamping part 26. The main pipe part 21 of the branch pipe joint 14 is held between the first projection part 22 and the second projection part 33 and the connection part 29, a branch insertion port 35 is opened on the side opposite to the connection part 29 across the second projection part 33 of the second clamping part 27, and the branch pipe part 22 of the branch pipe joint 14 is inserted.
