PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for acupressure excellent in anti-slip effect, which is easy to transfer to fingers in a suitable amount, is not sticky, inhibits fingers from slipping on the skin when applied thereto because of its high friction, and can surely transmit finger pressure to the skin in performing massage or acupressure. SOLUTION: The invention relates to a composition for acupressure containing an oil gel characterized in that the maximum value of a load (pull load) exerted when a 2 mm-diameter metallic needle is inserted by 8 mm into it at 25°C is 20-63 g and the needle is pulled out at a speed of 20 mm/sec and also relates to a composition for acupressure wherein the oil gel contains component (a) of a liquid oil and/or a pasty oil and component (b) of an oil gelling agent.
