<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic photoelectric conversion element which is high in the efficiency of photoelectric conversion and whose relative efficiency is not deteriorated greatly. <P>SOLUTION: The organic photoelectric conversion element includes a transparent electrode, a counter electrode, and a single or a plurality of organic layers between the transparent electrode and the counter electrode.
