PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart higher versatility, and to estimate a speed limit of a road during traveling with higher accuracy even when specification of the speed limit of the road during the driving by image recognition of a road sign or a road marking cannot be performed. SOLUTION: This driving support device includes: a speed limit database 27 storing correspondence relation data indicating correspondence relation between information about a speed limit and road condition information that is information wherein information about a road kind and at least one piece of information of information about the number of lanes and information about a width are combined at lowest; and a controller 26 acquiring the road condition information of the road during the traveling of a vehicle 3, obtaining the information about the speed limit corresponding to the road condition information in reference to the correspondence relation data stored in the speed limit database 27 based on the acquired road condition information, and estimating the speed limit of the road during the traveling based on the information about the speed limit.
