Provided is a drive device (1) which relatively drives a first member (3) and a second member (4). The drive device is provided with: a piezoelectric element (6) which drives the first member; a base section (2) which supports the first member by having the piezoelectric element between the base section and the first member such that the first member can be driven; and an electrode section (6a) having the drive voltage of the piezoelectric element applied thereto. The electrode section has an exposed section (6b) which is exposed from the base section.
