<p>The present invention discloses a method for indicating overload indicator (OI) report, and the method includes: the first terminal determines the layer in the first terminal coverage area where the second terminal is located, and sets up the layer instruction field of OI report according to the layer; the first terminal determines the level resetting threshold of OI; the first terminal sets up the indication field of average interference level of OI report according to the level resetting threshold of OI; the first terminal resets the level of OI according to the level resetting threshold of OI, and sets up the indication field of the disturbed state of physical resource block (PRB) of OI report according to the reset level of OI. The present invention also discloses a system for indicating OI report, and system overhead can be reduced effectively based on the method and system.</p> |
