<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the image quality degradation occurring near a still video region and a moving video region during moving image correction. <P>SOLUTION: The still video region whose moving vector detected by a moving vector detection part (3) is at a predetermined value or less (or 0) is expanded into part of the moving video region adjacent to the still video region by a still video region expansion part (41). An SF light emission position calculation part (5) controls, for the moving region, the light emission pixel position of a subfield with a detection moving vector from the moving vector detection part (3) and controls, for the expanded region within the moving video region, the light emission pixel position of the subfield using a zero vector obtained by a zero vector replacement part (42) instead of the detection moving vector. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
