<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an LED light-emitting module for decreasing refraction and optical attenuation, improving lighting intensity, and evenly emitting light. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the LED light-emitting module includes a step 101 for soldering at least one LED and two or more conductive terminals on the circuit board of a light-source module 1 to electrically connect them, a step 102 for integrally forming a storage member outside the circuit board in an over-molding manner and forming an opening at both sides of the storage member to expose the LED and the conductive terminal, and a step 104 for sealing to form a lens having a predetermined shape in the over-molding manner again on the surfaces of the uppermost portions at the storage member and the LED. The lens is directly formed by means of a mold-injection process on the storage member and the LED through the second mold-injection process, and the occurrence of the refraction and the optical attenuation is decreased because no gaps internally exist in the lens, when the beam of the LED passes through different media. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
