PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device for reducing torque, and having the long service life of a seal lip.

SOLUTION: An elastic member 51 of a pack seal type first sealing device 8 is constituted of a base part 53 fixed to a core metal member 50 and annular fist and second axial lips 54 and 55 extending from the base part 53 and sliding in a flange part 66 in a state of putting an interval in a fixing part 65 of a slinger 52. A plurality of substantially same projection parts 80 and 81 being the substantially same in a position in the axial direction and mutually positioned at an interval in the peripheral direction, are formed on an end surface on the flange part 66 side of the first and second axial lips 54 and 55.
