<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely detect abnormality of a blade occurred in a windmill for wind power generation early at low costs without requiring skill of a worker. <P>SOLUTION: This method of determining abnormality such as breakage of a windmill blade for wind power generation and a fitting failure of a receptor is characterized by determining abnormality of a blade 13 by collecting acoustic signals under the blade 13, analyzing the collected acoustic signals over a frequency axis and a time axis, and detecting existence of a Doppler shift component, in which a high frequency component having a high degree of sharpness changes with the process of the time, in the results of the analyses of the acoustic signals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
