<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrospray ionization method that has improved stability in ion formation of sample constituents and brings about precise mass spectrometry data in analysis by a nano LC-ESI-MS method. <P>SOLUTION: The nano-electrospray ionization method includes the process for introducing a separation solvent including a sample to a column integral needle filled with resin for liquid chromatography and atomizing the separated sample constituent toward a sample introduction orifice of a mass spectrometer from the tip of the needle; and the process for introducing the organic solvent to the needle for supplying solvents and supplying the organic solvent to the tip of the column integral needle from the tip of the needle.
