摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indium tin oxide solid electrode, a manufacturing method therefor, a manufacturing apparatus and a manufacturing method for a solar battery. <P>SOLUTION: The indium tin oxide (ITO) solid electrode 3 includes a conductive layer 31 and a plurality of indium tin oxide conductive nano rods 32, formed on the surface of the conductive layer 31. An adjustable range of the length of the indium tin oxide nano-rod 32 is 10-1,500 nm, and an adjustable range of the optimum length for applying to an organic solar battery 4 is 50-200 nm; the indium tin oxide electrode 3 comprising a 3D configuration is applied to an organic photoelectric device (organic solar battery, organic light-emitting diode, etc.); the contact area between a main active layer 34 and an electrode 35 is enlarged; and the efficiency of injection or derivation of current is improved effectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
