PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document delivery system charging a user of a personal computer according to an actual amount of utilization even when a dedicated application is not installed in the personal computer.

SOLUTION: In the document delivery system, an image processor includes: a flow control means for controlling an application of processing according to flow definition data to image data set as an object to be obtained; a charging processing means for forming charging data for computing an usage fee on the processing based on log information of the processing applied and sending the charging data to a charging server 32; and a charging processing state management means for updating management data for managing the charging processing state of an information processor based on receipt of a notification of completion of the charging processing returned from the charging server 32. In the image processor, management data is referred in response to the save of an image data in a monitoring folder 132, and the image data is set to be an object to be obtained only when it is determined that charging processing of a past usage fee on the information processor is completed.
