<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker that implements various useful methods of cooking by flexibly selecting a mode wherein magnetic fluxes strengthen each other or a mode wherein magnetic fluxes weaken each other by using a direction switching means. <P>SOLUTION: The induction heating cooker includes a plurality of planarly wound heating coils, a plurality of power supply circuits for supplying a high-frequency current to the individual heating coils, a control circuit for controlling the high-frequency current to be supplied to the individual heating coils by the power supply circuits, and the direction switching means that switches a heating mode between a mode wherein the high-frequency current is caused to flow in the same direction in adjacent regions of the heating coils and a mode wherein the high-frequency current is caused to flow in opposite directions in the adjacent regions of the heating coils. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
