<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily generate conversion parameter information for converting XML data and CSV data. <P>SOLUTION: XML data 302 into which predetermined information is converted into an XML format according to XML definition information 303, and CSV data 304 into which the predetermined information is converted into a CSV format according to CSV definition information 306 are prepared. A conversion parameter generation system 300 analyses the XML data 302 and the CSV data 304, respectively, into which the same predetermined information is converted. Correspondence information between a tag and an item name in the XML data contained in the analysis result is stored in an XML data analysis work table, and correspondence information between an item number and an item name in the CSV data is stored in a CSV data analysis work table. Correspondence between an item number order in the CSV format and a tag in the XML format is extracted as conversion parameter information 305 on the basis of common item names stored in these analysis work tables.
