<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for removing and installing combustion liners (310) in a combustion case (380) of a turbine. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus includes an elongated handle (410) having a pin (435) disposed at one end, and a bracket (412) attached to the elongated handle (410).
