PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-proof structure capable of surely isolating the vibration and preventing characteristics degradation of an oscillator by enhancing vibration-proof properties. SOLUTION: In a housing 10; a base 11 installed in the housing 10; and a holding part 40 holding an oscillator 20 generating vibration in the center, having an opening 45 at an edge 43 and arranged on the base 11, the vibration-proof structure 60 is disposed in the opening 45 and isolates the oscillator 20 from the vibration transferred to the holding part 40 from outside of the housing 10. The vibration-proof structure 60 comprises: a vibration-proof element 61 inserted to the opening 45 and clipping the edge 43 to isolate the oscillator 20 from the vibration transferred to the holding part 40 from outside; a protective element 67 fitting into the vibration-proof element 61 inserted to the opening 45 and the opening 45, and protecting respectively them from a buffer caused by a vibration of the edge 43 and the vibration-proof element 61; and a fix structure 69 fixing the holding part 40 to the base 11 and letting a part 65 of the vibration-proof element 61 and the protective element 67 tightly contact to the edge 43 at the same time.
