PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform efficient transportation and discharge of deposits in liquid more surely and stably by effectively inhibiting or preventing the generation of a shortcut. SOLUTION: Transporting and discharging equipment is provided with a device for relieving pressure drop which prevents a shortcut by relieving pressure drop in the downstream part of a pipe channel projecting its upstream open end into liquid above the deposits in the liquid and having openings in the lower side thereof.
