PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white film which has no problem in disposal, is excellent in whiteness and in a cushioning property, and has low density. SOLUTION: The white polylactic acid film includes polylactic acid and a resin incompatible therewith as main components, and has fine voids therein, and the incompatible resin is a thermoplastic resin, and the thermoplastic resin is a polyolefin.
