PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable pull-on garment which is advantageous in cost in the production of a pull-on diaper and has a beautiful external appearance at the same time. SOLUTION: An absorbent body 38 having a waist opening part 36 and leg opening parts 34 and extending in a longitudinal direction and a transverse direction includes longitudinal side edges 48, transverse terminal end edges, a front side waist panel, a rear side waist panel, and a crotch panel. The front side waist panel and the rear side waist panel are joined through an annular elastic belt 40. The annular elastic belt 40 has a central panel 80 and a side panel 82, and includes a belt layer and a belt elastic material joined to the belt layer. The belt elastic material has the belt layer so that the leg opening angle formed by the transverse abdomen border 90 of the side panel and the longitudinal side edge of the absorbent body is greater when the disposable pull-on garment is contracted than when the disposable pull-on garment is not contracted.
