PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly rigid column-beam joint part by a light gauge steel sheet structure. SOLUTION: In this column-beam joint of a beam having an H- or C-shaped cross section and columns in a column-beam structural body of a light gauge steel sheet structure with braces, the columns are fixed, respectively, to the upper and lower flanges of the beam with brackets so that the axes of the upper and lower columns are aligned with each other. The brackets are bolted to the opposed side surfaces of the columns and the outer surfaces of the upper and lower flanges, respectively. The brackets used also as a brace fixing tool among the brackets are bolted, respectively, to the outer surfaces of the upper and lower flanges by inserting a long tightening bolt having male screws at both ends between the upper and lower flanges and screwing tightening bolts to the male screws of the long tightening bolt which projects from the brackets in contact with the outer surfaces of the upper and lower flanges, more preferably, by tightening the long tightening bolt between the inner nuts pre-screwed to the shaft of the bolt on the inner surface side of the flange of the beam. A reinforcement plate having a height equal to the substantial inner dimension of each of the upper and lower flanges and a width equal to the substantial width of the bracket is bolted to at least either the inner surface and/or the outer surface of the web of the beam.
