摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejection head, a liquid ejection device and a liquid ejection method which suppress a deterioration in the precision of a planar shape or of a thickness of a formed film caused by the deviation of fly direction of an ejected droplet from a predetermined direction without requiring an increase in process time necessary for the measurement of landing position precision or the correction of the position and without requiring an increase in the load of a controller controlling the processes, to provide a method of manufacturing an electro-optical device, and to provide electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The liquid ejection head includes an ejection nozzle hole for ejecting a liquid and a guide needle. The guide needle is arranged in a position where the guide needle penetrates an opening of the ejection nozzle hole in a nozzle hole forming surface where one end of the ejection nozzle hole is opened. The liquid ejection method is carried out by ejecting the liquid from the ejection nozzle hole opened to the nozzle hole forming surface and the direction of the liquid ejected from the ejection nozzle hole is guided by the guide needle arranged in the position where the guide needle penetrates the opening of the ejection nozzle hole on the nozzle hole forming surface.
