PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce occurrence of invalid start winning to a prize winning part having a higher prize winning probability of game medals in a game machine having a first fluctuation display means and a second fluctuation display means, and to transmit a command only once at the start of fluctuation display for indicating which of the fluctuation display means is used for the fluctuation display. SOLUTION: A game control means carries out a fluctuation display of a second special pattern on a second special pattern display 8b based on a game ball entering a second start prize winning port 14. If the game balls enter both a first start prize winning port 13 and the second start prize winning port 14 before the fluctuation display of the second special pattern is finished, it is determined whether a game state is high base state or not. When it is the high base state, the fluctuation display of the second special pattern is preferentially carried out regardless of the order of the start prize winning.
