PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data management retrieval system for reliably limiting disclosure of a column to be hidden according to a user, and reducing a development cost without developing a special function for each user. SOLUTION: A retrieval application 12 adds a role ID to the user 11. A database operating section 13 acquires column information on a table selected by the user, and refers to a column display control table 4 to determine only the columns approved by the role ID, as columns to be displayed.
