REALTIME STEEL PILE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD USING BY MAGNETIC CRANE AND CONVEYOR

PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing a steel material in real time using a magnetic crane and a conveyor are provided to dynamically pile up the steel material in a file within a stock area, thereby improving the efficiency of the stock area. CONSTITUTION: A crane moving unit(110) moves a steel material by magnetic driving power. A conveyor moving unit(120) moves loaded or unloaded steel material to a specific location by conveyor. An input unit(130) receives location information for moving the steel material from a user. An integrated database server(140) stores the steel material information to a steel material database. The integrated database server stores the steel material moving location information to a file database or conveyor database.
