<p>A control unit sends, to a communication unit, identification data denoting that a center device (30) of a delivery system (100) is the center device that is requesting license plate data, which includes a series of numbers associated with a vehicle (C). An in-vehicle device (10) stores the license plate data to a storing unit, determines whether or not to send the license plate data on the basis of the identification data received from the center device (30), and if the data is to be sent, sends the license plate data to a DSRC communication unit. Then, the license plate data, which includes a series of numbers, are uploaded.</p> |
