<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a driver from feeling uncomfortable due to increase in vehicle speed, during the inertia run of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle 1 is caused to perform an acceleration-inertia run such that the vehicle runs by alternately repeating, in a predetermined vehicle speed range R, an acceleration run of the vehicle 1 that is driven by drive power transmitted to driving wheels 94 out of engine output and is accelerated to run, with an internal combustion engine 10 in an operation state, and an inertia run of the vehicle 1 that runs by inertia by inertia force, with the internal combustion engine 10 in a non-operation state. An HVECPU 100 prohibits the acceleration-inertia run, when a speed state determining means determines at least either of that the speed state of the vehicle 1 is a speed increasing state or that the speed state of the vehicle 1 will be changed to the speed increasing state, during the inertia run. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
