<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distance detection device, wherein a circuit is quickly stabilized even under a strict use environment, for example, when applied to a vehicle bumper, and a change in distance detection accuracy to a temperature change is small. <P>SOLUTION: The distance detection device includes: a transmission antenna 1; a reception antenna 2; a transmission circuit 3; and a receiving circuit 4. The transmission circuit 3 includes: a radio wave signal generation unit 31 for generating radio wave signals transmitted from the transmission antenna 1; and an amplitude temperature compensation unit 32 for compensating for amplitude variations in radio wave signals because of a change in temperature. The receiving circuit 4 includes: a reception sampling signal generation unit 41 for generating reception sampling signals; an arithmetic processing unit 10 for calculating distance to an object by radio wave signals and reception sampling signals received by the reception antenna 2; and a phase temperature compensation unit 42 for compensating for phase variations in the reception sampling signal because of a change in temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
