<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire excellent in both blowout-sealing performance and in cum noise prevention capability. <P>SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire is structured such that a sealant layer made of cohesive sealant solution is disposed on the inner circumferential surface of the tire corresponding to its tread part, and a sound absorbing layer made of porous material is disposed on the inner circumferential surface of the sealant layer, via a non-permeable barrier layer to the sealant solution, wherein the width W<SB>1</SB>of the sound absorbing layer in the tire width direction is made 50 to 90% of the width W<SB>2</SB>of the sealant layer in the tire width direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
