PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhancing the efficiency in a carrying-out from an automated warehouse. SOLUTION: An automated warehouse control device includes a warehouse information management section 55 for managing the use status of shelves installed in the warehouse for which priorities for storing skids are set in order from the shelf closest to a carrying-out port, a carrying-in processing section 52 for determining a shelf for storing a skid carried to a carrying-in port of the warehouse with reference to the use status of the shelves and the priorities set for the shelves and controlling a stack crane to store the skid to the determined shelf, and a carrying-out processing section 58 for specifying a skid to be carried out from the warehouse with reference to carrying-out schedule information in the timing of receiving switching information sent in accordance with the progress of production and carrying out the specified skid to a set lane specified based on the carrying-out schedule information.
