PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability for the inclination adjustment of an optical member to an optical axis. SOLUTION: A lens barrel 100 composes an optical system including a plurality of lenses 112 and 120 provided in a front lens barrel 101 and a rear lens barrel 102 so as to be movable in the direction of the optical axis. The lens barrel 100 includes: guiding poles 114 and 122 extending in the direction of the optical axis; a first group lens holding frame 109 and a mount 117 supporting one end of each of the poles 114 and 122 so as to being movable in the radial direction of a circle in which the optical axis is centered; and a third group lens holding frame 106 provided so as to be rotatable with a central focus on the optical axis, in a state where a position in the direction of the optical axis is fixed. One end of each of the poles 114 and 122 is inserted in the third group lens holding frame 106. A cam groove 116 having the shape, whose dimensions in the radial direction of the circle with a central focus on the optical axis differ, is provided according to an angle position to the optical axis.
