PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition being friendly to the environment and also having a necessary and sufficient curing rate withstanding to real use while assuring safety. SOLUTION: In the curable resin composition containing a curable resin (A) having a group of formula (1): -X-SiR<SP>1</SP><SB>a</SB>(OR<SP>2</SP>)<SB>3-a</SB>in a molecule, a curable resin (B) having a group of formula (2): -W-CH<SB>2</SB>-SiR<SP>3</SP><SB>b</SB>(OR<SP>4</SP>)<SB>3-b</SB>in a molecule, a basic compound (C) and one or more non-tin curing catalysts (D) selected from a group consisting of a metal curing catalyst which does not contain a tin compound and boron trifluoride and/or its complex, the curable resin (A) and the curable resin (B) are mixed in 98/2 to 50/50 (mass ratio), and the basic compound (C) of 0.001-30 pts.mass and the non-tin curing catalyst (D) of 0.001-10 pts.mass are contained to the total 100 pts.mass of the curable resin (A) and the curable resin (B).
